10wn Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using the 10wn platform — whether through our website at 10wn.net, any associated mobile interface, or any other 10wn-branded digital access point — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 10wn (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 10wn platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the 10wn platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, Dragon Tiger Luck, High Roller tables, and all associated promotional and bonus programmes.

To register and maintain an account on 10wn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum. No exceptions apply.
• You are registering voluntarily and for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 10wn or any other recognised gaming operator or authority.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 10wn account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 10wn at any time. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• You must notify 10wn support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 10wn will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, up to date at all times.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players and cannot be exchanged, sold, or otherwise assigned to another party.

Accounts that show no activity (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 10wn may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

10wn accepts deposits through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 10wn does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously registered to your account.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals via these methods are typically completed within two (2) to four (4) hours during business hours.
• Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan) withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• USDT withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• 10wn reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to five (5) business days for security review purposes.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for fiat methods, or USDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate for crypto transactions. Currency conversion rates applied at the time of transaction are final.

10wn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network congestion on blockchain networks.

10wn offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket betting cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page within the 10wn platform.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 10wn promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified time period will expire and be forfeited without notice.

Game outcomes are independently audited on a regular basis by third-party testing laboratories to verify statistical fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.

By placing a wager on 10wn, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the underlying RNG and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action or third-party intervention.
• All wagers placed are final once confirmed on the platform. 10wn will not reverse a wager that has been accepted and confirmed, except where a clear technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game interruption during a round, 10wn will use game server logs to determine the outcome. Where an outcome cannot be reliably determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Published RTP rates represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

For sports betting markets, including cricket, 10wn reserves the right to void bets on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10wn platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker-style or multi-player formats.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. 10wn has a zero-tolerance policy on financial crime and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account details to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or continue using the platform after self-exclusion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any aspect of the 10wn platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against legitimate deposits made to your 10wn account.

All content on the 10wn platform — including but not limited to the 10wn brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10wn or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any 10wn content without express written permission.
• Use the 10wn brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 10wn website on any other website or digital platform.

Any unauthorised use of 10wn intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or blockchain networks.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10wn makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are adequately protected.

10wn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to 10wn.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed 10wn to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances (i.e., funds deposited by the player that do not form part of a bonus) will be returned to the player after any applicable AML review and investigation period, unless the funds themselves are subject to forfeiture under applicable law.

You may close your 10wn account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will not be permitted to reopen their account or register a new account during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason for the request.
